The breeder guarantees the dog to be healthy and free of known life-threatening genetic defects. This dog has been examined by a veterinarian.

Vaccinations and worm preventive medication are all current as of the date of sale.

For puppies, the buyer has 12 months from the date of birth to receive a replacement of equal value upon return of the puppy due to life-threatening genetic defect(s), provided that the following conditions are met:

• The dog shows evidence of proper care and feeding as directed by the breeder.

• The dog has received proper medical treatment, including but not limited to vaccinations and parasite control.

• All veterinary reports and records are provided to the seller for review before any return request can be considered.

The buyer is responsible for veterinary and/or shipping costs.

This guarantee does not apply in the case of loss, accidental death, illness, injury, or common ailments/illnesses associated with dogs of this breed.

The buyer has a period of 5 days from the date of purchase to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.

In the case of sudden unexpected death during this time due to a genetic defect, the buyer will notify the breeder within 24 hours. A necropsy should be performed, at the buyer's expense, to verify the genetic issue before a replacement is considered.

Should a replacement become necessary, a waiting period may occur until a suitable replacement is available.

Any evidence of abuse or neglect will void this contract.
